  Tasted blind. Deep golden color and a pretty nose of orchard fruit and dried apricot. There is notable botrytis on the palate with orange, tart apricots, and a good amount of minerals. Nice acidity and a long finish. I'm not sure how much longer this will age, but it was super interesting and very good. Probably slightly past peak, though.
