  At Le Cafe Qui Parle, Montmartre, Paris. €32 off the list. Attractive ripe red and black berry fruit, vanilla but no lactic notes, nice creamy earth complexity. A touch foursquare on the palate, quite full bodied, slightly chewy tannins, but attractive fruit, some nice earthy complexity and decent acidity enlivens a good length if slightly rustic finish. Pretty good.

It's still shy but graceful enough to enjoy with a nice meal. Sure not intended to drink in isolation. I would like to learn more about this blend. I assume predominately merlot.
