  Flinty and sulfur on the nose that blows off. With time, lemon curd, subtle florals, a little nuttiness/ marzipan, pear, and chalk. On the palate, this is fresh, focused and soil driven. There is a clarity and depth with an excellent balance of soil and acid more so than fruit. With more air, a sense of creaminess and extract develops, yet the wine remains razor sharp with excellent cut and no sense of heaviness. A stony, savory, deliciously refreshing wine. Finishes clean yet very long. Terrific.

  Robe pale, brillante. Le nez superbe jaillit du verre, grillé, noisette fine, puis fruits blanc, poire. En bouche le vin est délicieux, net, pur, tendu. On retrouve le grillé, l'amande fraiche, très citronné mais sans agressivité. Superbe.
  Mince, je n'avais pas relu mes précédents commentaire ! Eh ben, le vin est fidèle à lui-même :-)

  Robe très claire, presque blanche, eclatante. Le nez est très expressif, finement grille, noisette, puis fruits blancs, poire. La bouche est pure, nette, droite. La vivacité sur le citron contrebalance une très belle matière. Des notes de fleurs blanche en fin de bouche. Tres belle persistance. Superbe !

  Robe très pâle. Vin très pur, ciselé, précis, sur les fruits blancs avec une note finement grillée. Acidité tranchante mais équilibrée (le vin n'a pas fait sa malo en 2007).
