from magnum. still feeling quite young. dark cherry, leather, cedar. quite an elegant expression of walla walla though lacking some depth and complexity.

Wow, what a surprise. Took this to dinner with us as we were concerned it might be over the hill, couldn't have been more wrong. Leather and cedar on the nose and could not tell it from Bordeaux if it was in a blind tasting. Really amazing cassis with licorice on the palate giving into a really pleasant finish.

One of the best wines I've had this year. Tea leaf, herbs and ripe strawberries on the nose. Full bodied, and wonderfully balanced, it's got the classic Walla Walla cab profile, and an amazingly long, juicy finish. The 2002 Walla Walla cabs are drinking beautifully right now.

This was a wonderful wine that went great with our grilled ribeye steak. Amazing that this wine is still going strong.

I liked this, can't remember much but it seemed to have a lot of depth compared to the wines that came before it.
