  This is a wine that has asked me to rethink wine. Profound... I know. But, seriously... a few years ago I wouldn't have considered this wine. Mineral water... maybe... certainly not wine. It was like berry scented mineral water with some fresh cracked pepper and I think, considering that it is made for the Japanese market, it will go well with washoku. I drank the whole bottle.
