Remains an interesting wine on its own, as it ws at the winery but did not hold up well to oven-roasted bronzino. Sea breeze and salt elements, a bit of citrus, and popcorn. Palate was similar to their sauv blanc, but not as sharp with the acidity. A bit flat when paired with food.

Tasted at the vineyard, alongside Cipresas Sauvignon Blanc. Scent of butterscotch on the nose. Palate much more supple than the S.Blanc. We liked this one a lot, but probably would stick to the Blanc against food, due the the crisper acidity.

Intense on the nose, this wine has peach flavor all over it, and lots of freshness. Very good!
