typical bordeaux on nose; red meat, would mistake it for a bordaux. Taste: still plenty of fruit left, forest, and a long palate, not over the hill at all.

Popped and poured. Lot of oak at first. After an hour in the glass it opened up a lot. The oak is still there but much smoother and mellower. Some nice red fruits but the fruit is a bit flabby. Great go to wine for $4 though! Mon night pasta wine.
