Very fresh and lemony. Maybe a bit thin. Round. Not as acidic as other albarinos. With ceviche, smoked marlin, oysters, scallops at Alma de Cuba with Jim & Nicole on 8/7/05

This was an enjoyable white wine from Spain. It is moderately priced and reminded me of a Pinot Grigio from Italy. Not oaked, but crisp with a high level of acidity.

Peach & honey dew aroma, mouth full of oak is the first thing tasted. Great big chewy mouth feel. Better with food than a vino verde, but not the same refreshing taste.

Passed it's drinking stage. Probably good enough for cooking
