  NK Cappellano Vertical (Maialino, Gramercy Park Hotel, NYC): Even more vivid cherries in the nose (compared to the 1935), but some dirtiness detracts on the palate. Still, charming and quite alive for a 65 year old wine.

  AMAZING! A little funky at first - who could have guessed ;) Then everything becomes clear. Acidic like jam of rowanberries with a pata-negra-like nuttyness, wet rocks with a twist of spearmint. Like velvet in the mouth. 63 years. OMG. Cappellano-freak 4ever.
