  What a rich, fulsome nose the 1800 Larios Malaga Benefique shows, replete with baked apple, apricot, caramel, chestnut, and orange zest. The fine silhouette is slightly a surprise following on the plenitude of the nose, but it works as a whole. A very fine and truly immortal wine which still commands attention as a compelling drink rather than simply as a curiosity.
