A nice little wine but I'm not sure it deserves these scores. Nice aroma with some solid black fruit and well integrated tannins. I thought the finish was short but but it might be interesting to have a couple bottles around to see how it ages. At this price, how can you go wrong.

Very dark almost black. No light shines through this wine. Shy nose at the moment with cassis and licorice trying to break through. Immediate taste of dusty cocoa, cherry and young tannins that do a nice job subsiding, leaving the dusty cocoa and some spicy red fruit on the finish. Evolves in the glass. Very well integrated. I agree that it's hard to imagine a CAB this nice for this price. Very impressive QPR. Highly recommended. If anyone knows of a Cabernet of this quality at this price, PM's are welcome. Day 3 - left in fridge for 48 hours. Let it warm to room temp. Still outstanding. Was served with a young Bordeaux a 2009 Château Lilian Ladouys and in our opinion this wine was more flavorful with more complexity. Again, still highly recommended.

As good a cab that you will ever find under $20. Big, juicy, bright sour cherry notes and dark berries, but still a bit restrained, not too fruity. Very elegant. Excellent balance. Needs lots of air time in a cool place to show its best. Warrants multiple purchases.
