The one with Sexy Tapas (Kolabo): Bottle breathed for 3 hours. Opened with dark rose, strawberries, meat spice and truffles with earth, cinnamon and cocoa on the palate. While lacking in GC heft, there was good weight and roundness on the palate - would definitely do well with a few more years to round off that edge a bit. Tannins still persistent with high acidity.

An interesting contrast to the '03 Jadot Beze side-by-side. This was more ethereal and finessed. Perhaps a little less concentration than you'd like in a G.C. but understandable in the context of terroir and vintage. What it doesn't have in heft, it makes up for in nuance. At peak.

Mature pinot with reserved frangrance of rose and berry, not amazing or surprising, but as expected. Smooth taste with fading tannin, a good bottle of Burgundy.

My fourth bottle, I realised that there variations of the bottle. Probably depending on the source. Medium ruby in colour. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of red fruits, sour cherry, strawberry. Medium+ tannin and acidity

A very nice bottle. Took off after about 90 minutes after opening. Nice fruit and spice and touches of earth.
