Wine Library TV

  • By Gary Vaynerchuk
Author and Wine Writer Michael Steinberger Visits Wine Library TV- Part 1, Episode #777, 11/30/2009, (See more on Wine Library TV...) 93 points

(Cedric Bouchard Inflorescence Blanc de Noirs Val Vilaine) #1; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-really nice; granny smith green apple; burnt rubber; a dusty chalkiness on the finish; serious; PALATE-what I love is how this completely coats your palate; great viscosity; quite thick; reminds me of Al Toon as this is a very masculine wine, but the finish has extraordinary finesse (classic iron fist, velvet glove); also a white peach flavor; I like this a lot; the acidity balance is absolutely perfect; extremely attractive for the $55 price point; ; AG-93; GV-93
