  Chris and Molly's Paella -- Great summer wine (if summer would ever show up here, hehe), a juicicer-sweet (not sugar sweet, richness sweet) style of rose. Darker pink bordering on light red. Nice.

  Nose of lemon-lime, sea spray, minerals. Surprisingly full-bodied and structured on the palate. This has some real weight to it. Very nice, but better suited for food than as a summer sipper.
