(BYO Blind tasting) A bit shy and reticient at first. Subtle and nuanced with fruit beginning to take on dried notes. Apricots and honey. Some vanilla and warmth. But good depth. Fullish, harmonius, fully ready palate. Pure and elegant. Very good concentration. Small hints of oak (?). Impression of sweet orchard fruit and honey. No minerality. A subtle wine that was hard to place in Chablis.

CNY dinner (Beijing 1 @ MBS): Served blind. Pale, light yellow... A bit reticent at first, but with time and air, this gained more flavours and a bit of weight in the glass. It slowly opened up to scents of dainty white flowers, some honeycomb (with more time) and also developed that sense of creaminess... It was at this juncture that some guessed Puligny. This remained quite light-bodied and elegant on the palate, with a bit of salinity, lemon and chalk setting in with more time. Overall a very delicate and elegant package. Enjoyable!

Lovely aged white burgundy, caramel flavors with hints of citrus and orange peels. Open to allow some time to breathe and just got better and better

Moden nese, sopp, våt ull og underskog. Slank i munn. Fin og moden frukt, urter og litt medisinsk. Nydelig syre, rik og intens. Stor lengde.
