It doesn't have a very strong nose. Faint aromas of melon and kiwi with a hint of citrus. More minerality than fruit or floral on the nose. Seemingly strong acidity upfront, but it drops pretty quickly along with the finish. Lemon verbena coming through more on the palate. A bit more weight than expected and the citrus notes fade a bit on the finish.

Light yellow-green. Lemon and unripe green apple on the nose. Light-mid bodied with nice fruit and sharp acidity. Medium finish. Will improve with mid-term cellaring. At this stage it will pair nicely with seafood.
