Light green straw hue. Nose is fruity with notes of citrus. Light, crisp with lemon/lime flavors. Not necessarily my favorite, but worth a try nonetheless.

Pale straw with green tinge. Melon, lemon citrus, and hints of toast and gooseberry on the nose. Crisp, tart, citric entry, steely mid-palate, quince on the back end, floral undertones, and medium finish. Would match well with shellfish.

Pale straw-colored pour with clinging fingers of glycerine. Smells of straw, as well, with lemon kissed bleu cheese-stuffed olives. The dusty chalk of its terroir is evident in both nose and mouth. It is brightly acidic but still has chewy breadth that counterbalances a watery tongue. Herbs (rosemary and oregano) roll with stony flavors as the funky nose extinguishes with time. Surprisingly and pleasingly, this creation grows less cheesy with warmth, allowing brazil and pine nuts to step forth, spice-toasted, but still coated in citrus. It's not as simple as the standard critique would suggest, but it is nicely drinkable and a versatile fit with Mediterranean fare.

Lightly colored, and relatively inoffensive offering simplistic, but appealing aromatic notes of lemon, straw, olives and botanicals. Light bodied, slightly diluted in texture on the palate but with moderate intensity to its straw, herb, gravel and botanical flavors.
