Had this at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, RWS Singapore. Nice nose of mineral and lemon, citrus fruits. Medium bodied on the palate, with lovely salinity, rich texture and a salty finish. Simple but elegant white. 7/10

{cork, 13.5%, A$29} Pale straw yellow. Quite youthful aromas of linseed, lanolin, wax and light oil. The palate is dry and savoury, with medium acidity, no appreciable oak, but a thickish, grape-skin texture in a Rhone-ish mold. It's medium-bodied, but with an emerging steeliness to the acid, and a medium-length savoury finish. Interesting wine that should go another few years quite happily.

Interesting wine. A sort of almost oily acidity, touch of bitters, maybe bitter almond. Also plenty of citric fruit, more lemon or grapefruit than lime. Different taste spectrum. Nice minerality and good length. Full bodied. A very good alternative white, can be drunk on its own or better, with food.

Wine Education Service - The New Spain (LSE): Delicate, aromatic, flowery, mineral, complex.
Sweet fruit attack, off dry, but a bitter, spicy, creamy mid palate, quite full.
