  Un vin qui en met plein la gueule, et le nez! Superbe robe dorée aux reflets bronzes, le nez complexe et exubérant, le miel, les noix, fruit exotiques mûrs, fruits séchés. Une oxydation présente mais qui ajoute en complexité, sans prendre le dessus. En bouche c’est riche, suave, impressionnant mais élégant. Un vin qui ne se passe pas d’exclamations tout le temps que dure la bouteille. Délectable! Évidement il ne peut que décliner à ce point, à boire maintenant.

  Last year I had a bottle of this wine that showed some oxidation. My expectations when opening this bottle were therefore low. But this bottle was fresh with smell of honey and taste of tropical fruit. No acidity, which makes it a unusual white and not everybody's taste - as reflected in other tasting notes.

  Cassoulet at Bill's (Wilmette, IL): A very heavy wine, with no acidity whatsoever. Sweet on the palate with some tropical fruit. Bitter on the back end. Really not my thing (big surprise).

  Big fruit, tropical notes, peach, good minerality, medium acidity, delicious and long!
