Dee Vine Wines Spring Pop Up German Tasting (The Morris, San Francisco): Medium yellow. Some honey. Rich flavors mostly of creme brûlée rather than fruit. Moderately sweet, lower acidity although nice late twist of lemon. Not the most complex wine you'll find but tasty and fully ready.

Consumed over ~45 minutes without food. Decent balance, although slightly rounder, simpler, and with acids more buried than in the Trittenheimer Apotheke bottling I tried a few weeks ago. Still quite nice, with honey and peach/peach pit notes most prominent on nose and palate.
