Excellent, reminds of a good Chianti to some degree but miss some of the typical sangiovese character. Overall excellent wine that can spend a few more years in the cellar.

A: Medium-light garne, brown rim N: Developed, Red fruit, tobacco, chocolate P: dry tannin, high acidity, fading red fruit, animalic, medium long finish. past peak.
I hear there's a big bottle variance on this vintage. Hope the rest of my bottles are like this one.

C: Semitransparent blackish red with an obvious but not dominating tone of brick straigh through.
N Lots of dark cherries and oak. Developed with Bordeaux-like farm-hints but also almost glue-like perfumes on top. Later on some clove and black tee.
P: High acid with excellent grip, developed dark fruit, sandy tannins. Very nicely balanced and good length. I like this a lot.
Had another bottle a week ago but that one was no were near this presentation. Hopefully this bottle is a good representative of the ones left in my cellar. I don´t think there is anything to gain from leaving it the cellar. This one should be consumed now and I plan to drink mines during the comming months.

This bottle was much better. Fresh fruit, tobacco, wild strawberries both om nose and palette. Tannins and acidity in balance. Impressive!

Fin struktur med en trevlig finish. Fatad, men absolut ingen dillbomb. Växte efter par timmar i karaff.
