Another Sauvignon Blanc that I would not put in my top 10, but deserves some praise for making something distinct and unique. The nose said "Fume Blanc" which to me means some oak and lees treatment. This is not all bad. After tasting I don't think there is much or any oak influence, but the lees treatment left a very creamy richness, which was quite pleasant. There is still considerable acid holding things together and keeping the palate clean. I really like the focused, crisp ripe nectarine and honeysuckle flavor on the roof of the mouth, which together with some citrus, cantaloupe, and more honeysuckle continue on to the finish. Not my favorite, but respectable.

Nice white - Opened to cook with but not bad to drink as well.
