A library bottle. This wine is still at its youth but the nose has already passed its peak. Pepper and drak fruit dominated in the first half hour. However, soy sauce appeared an hour later. Structure is still big but the nose is bad.

Simply elegant. Another beautiful cabernet from the Schrader line. Not much to add to the notes already listed. Perfectly ready to drink and plenty of bottle life left.

Decanted 1 hour, enjoyed over the next 4 hours and just kept getting better.
Dark purple color with no bricking. Not showing its age at all. very aromatic as soon as it was opened. Black cherry, anise, spice, leather, cassis and a hint of violets on the nose. The palate mirrored the nose with layer on layers of flavor. Black cherry, black berry, cassis, leather, spice and a touch of cedar. Long, silky smooth finish. Beautifully balanced. Drinking really well now, but I would not be afraid to age this years to another decade

Drank with group of friends at a wine dinner at Gary Danko. This is a wonderful wine, with a very, very fragrant, flowery bouquet that you can smell from several feet away. Nice, rich and lush on the palate with great fruit and structure. Should be good for another decade. Also at that dinner had the 2010 CCS, the 2010 RBS and the 2006 RBS. Thought the T6 and the 2006 RBS were the best, probably because the other two -- which were also excellent -- are just still too young.

Like GHarter says below; not showing age except that tannins are well integrated; lovely bottle with a porterhouse at home
