  • Pours clean straw yellow. Lots of mineral and earth in the nose. Fresh green pepper jumps out and is bound to a bit of lime and some sweet spice that I can't identify. Unique SB, bright expressions of crisp green vegetable replace the more traditional SB characteristics.

Tasting the wine I get a soft, medium bodied feel. Much bigger and fruitier than I expected. A little too much alcohol, in the finish, but the acids are clean and the bitterness pleasant. Warming and pleasant.

Overall, this is a uniquely South African presentation of Sauvignon Blanc and is perfect for everyday drinking.
