Naso particolarmente fruttato con elegantissime note di pepe rosa e alcune un po' meno fini di grasso animale; sapidità nettamente piccante con finale metallico-ferruginoso, equilibrato ma non lunghissimo, tannini ammorbiditi ma ancora fragranti.
