  My previous bottles were not really mature, but now the wine is IMO in its early maturity phase still having potential to improve. The wine is almost full bodied and the tannins are much less prominent, very enjoyable!

  The wine has a full, beautiful nose of dark berries, some green peppers, a few meaty notes and a hint of licorice.
  The palate is quite dense, with a pleasant, sufficient acidity and tannins that are now somewhat reduced but still clearly noticeable on the finish.
  
  A very nice wine that is excellent to drink now, but will certainly remain at this level for a few more years. I drank it yesterday as a soloist, but I can imagine that it would be even better with a suitable dish.

  Dark red, blueish aspects --- Nose shy, some cardboard, some blueberries, some plums, mushrooms --- Palate smooth, nice acidity, some red fruit, cherry notes, nice tartness, elegant wood notes, red fruit getting stronger --- Finishes medium long with its fresh an silky character. Overall a really nice vine, shy and elegant.

  Drank over 3 days. Day 2 was the most beautiful with dark and red berries, some bell pepper, good acidity and powdery tannin and vanilla as well as other sweet spices. Day 3 the wine started to show celery. Medium bodied, elegant and lovely wine. Drink between 2025 and 2027.
