Very nice. Some fruit remains, but it's showing more acidic structure than I might expect. Some earthy and spice notes complement the fruit. Not a ton of bottle bouquet, but not particularly fruity. I don't expect this will improve, but you never know with Wellington!

Clear ruby. Strawberry cream, earth, and cinnamon nose. Medium bodied, cranberries, bing cherries, smooth tannins, a bit of leather, butterscotch, and a medium+ finish. Excellent; seems to be at its peak.

Strawberries, cherries, and something spicy - probably oak-related. Opens up quite nicely, but doesn't pair too well with a tomato sauce. As always a nicely balanced wine from Peter.

Good, simple. tasty, just as I expect Grenache to be. Well-made. A friend of mine loves this hugely, but for me, grenache on its own is accessible vin de table.

Darkish maroon. Lots of strawberry, dirt, and cloves on the nose. Medium bodied, pomegranates, pungent cherries, leather, strong tannins (for a grenache, at least), tea, and a medium finish. A serious grenache that has more life ahead of it.
