  • This sort of got away from me over the years. It was a gift from the family of an exchange student years ago. PnP.
Plum in color with pretty quick legs. Nose of leather and spice with some lavender.
This has held up suprisingly well. Very fine tannins with a soft finish.
Spice followed by a burst of red fruit. Pretty decent finish with some lingering glycerin and red fruit.
    Had with paella

  • This was a gift that I've had for about 8 years. Doesn't seem to be much information out there about it. It is 100% tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero and doesn't taste that way. Fairly straight-forward, well made wine without too much excitement. Good balance, very fine tannins and a core of black fruit. Just a hint of barnyard on the nose, and the oak round out the taste.
