Disgorged 12-2017 Write-up didn't save so I'm doing this from memory. This was still youthful looking but definitely mature but shows no sign of fading. Drink now. 91

Youthful straw color. This is quite a bit yeastier/toastier/chessier than I remember when it was released and with less sweet pit fruits. That said, this is quite delicious! Still precise with excellent minerality and electric acidity. This is not better than it was when it was younger, but also hasn't suffered. If you have any this age, drink up. 92

Aromas of toast, hazelnut, lime and mineral. Flavors of cream, toast, nut and hint of lime. Ends with a 20+ second finish with mineral and cream notes. I rather liked this bottle. Lost its bubbles fast in the glass but nice structure and creaminess that I enjoy in my champagne.

Disgorged 12/2018 Beautiful nose of lightly bruised pit fruits atop toasted brioche. Silky smooth on the palate but a touch lighter and dryer than I remember. Some salinity in the finish. Very good but I liked this better before it became "le Bleu". 90

Bubbles didn’t have the tightness I prefer and it was more fruit forward than toasty yeast forward
