  Tried pouring right after opening and was a bit disappointed but after an hour it had really opened up. Even better the next day.

  A local producer out in Sam's Valley, they use the glass stoppers for there wine which are very unique and really functional. This Southern Oregon Syrah is very dark with a garnet shade and fair legs. The nose is open and abundant with raspberry, charcoal, and dry herbal notes. The mouth feel is delightful, the flavor follows the nose, sweet fruit a layered long soft tannin finish.
