This was intriguing, but ultimately I felt not what I would choose to stock up on -- the intriguing part is the blend of grapes -- these are ones that were developed at Cornell University and they brought an unusual taste combination. My first sip had me wondering about how unique and different it tasted. But, my last sip of the glass had me feeling that I was ready to try other wines. The fruit sense is 'funky' with almost a bitter melon like flavor spectrum that includes passion fruit and oak. The aftertaste remained a bit sour-fruity, with an alcohol forward sense. I would recommend trying it, but its not going to be my first choice at this point.

Decent everyday wine. Drier than many Fingerlake reds. Not a ton of flavor or surprises, but really cheap and not off putting.
