Forgot the colour..... On the nose some wet rock and aromatic flowers too. A bit of citrus and freshness to it as well. Very good acidity indeed, and some body. Very nice wine indeed, and highly recommendable with fried fish (had it with a Dover sole).

Had this straight out of the bottle 1 minute after opening. Light stra yellow colour. On the nose rather tight impression (not decanted) not giving much. On the palate rather tight and firm mineral-dominated structure. Tannins not overwhelming, whereas the acidity was more protruding. A definite food wine - and pretty good, I imagine, QPR-wise for sure. Perhaps fried lemon sole would be a good pairing!? On the back label, the producer has indicated 5-10 yrs lifetime. Personally, I cannot see 10 yrs in this, I will definitelydrink all my 0.375 liter bottles way before then.
