  Surprisingly heavily fruited like an old shiraz from a hot year. Fruit is quite mature; ripe old berries, old oak, some pongy fruit. Some spice from the oak. Drying and slightly aggressive tannin to finish. Not particularly friendly but I don't mind the structure. Lower merlot component? Drink 2010 - 2013. (Emirites business class)
