  Light golden-green. Flowery nose with lots of minerals. Hints of green apples. On the palpate slightly spritzy with high acid and light, happy fruit, almost candylike. Well balanced and very dry. A bit short on the finish.
  
  A nice wine to serve well chilled on hot summer days.
