A rare wine that has improved with age. Great wines seem like contradictions, and here is one. How can a wine retain its youthful freshness, no signs of early oxidation or maturity, and yet add layers of texture and weight? How can it show richness in the mouth without being heavy? This is pure, and complex, and wonderful. Glorious peak right now, but with little precedent, hard to predict its age track. No real hurry, but can't go wrong with current drinking.

TWC Does Finger Lakes Whites (Home): This is a superb wine, so balanced and wellk structured. Lemon/lime/melon/apple are the dominant aromas and flavors, with a crisp, dry mouthfeel, and acidity that brings the whole wine together.
