  This bottle is hitting me MUCH better tonight. Still very light, rose' like, yet showing much more pleasure. Bright fresh crushed raspberry, cherry, rhubarb fruit....beautiful delicate rose petal florals, little earth dust, dried cherries, candied strawberries, sage, slight Pinot funk. All in a delicate, easy drinking(bottle killer) style. Went PERFECTLY with a smoked turkey and all the fixins. Loved it!

  Very lite raspberry kool aid color. At first, I got NOTHING from this wine. No nose, no taste, not even a hint of alc. But after a couple hours...it became a very "pretty" lite Burgundy. Reminded me of a Rose'....but no alcohol kick to it. Fresh crushed wild berries, rose petals, dusty earth tones, candied cherry spice, some tar, celery leaves. Again, a VERY lite wine....yet it does have nice and bright delicate flavors, and just a hint of terroir. Treat it as an easy drinkin, Rose'-like sippin wine. Stick to the whites Roulot!
