Tasted at the Lambert Bridge taster at Zambrano Wine Cellar in downtown Fort Worth. Wasn't too impressed with this one. The first of five in the lineup. The wine almost poured a white color in the glass. Very little character in the glass. The aroma was quite flat. Maybe a little lemongrass but that's about it. On the palate was a lot of jasmine, kiwi, no acidity, no oak, no minerality, very light, with normal texture. Wine notes said honeydew but I'm not so sure. Towards the back I was getting mostly lime, citrus, lemongrass, and some spice that sort of peeked in if you held it on your tongue. Quick sub-5 second finish. No aftertaste. Overall, it was nice that this wine had a very distinct front and a very distinct back, but it was a bit boring. For someone who wants a wine that they can drink when it's 115 outside, this isn't a bad option. The wine is still well made, just not memorable, and I doubt that it will last more than a year.

- Greenish color - Clean fresh and clear. Cut the pallet. Bit of fresh fruit but garden tastes.

Crisp, clean, and bright. Pear and apricot. Good wine!
