  Showing signs of maturity (fruit is subdued, pleasant tertiary flavors rising.) Nicely integrated and good balance. A moderate amount of sediment is present. I don't think it will get better with further aging but would not bet against it.

  My first experience with a 'mature' Aventure wine. Very dark red color. Good, surprisingly fresh nose with some heat. Very rich, high concentration palate. Fairly long finish. Feels like it could last much longer in the bottle and benefit from it. Definitely a big wine.

  Still fresh, bright, but with depth and mineral complexity. Reminds me of Priorat but with the Cali flair. Blue and Black fruit. Awesome

  I am an unabashed fan of Estate Cuvée and this reflects why. A great wine with a silky smooth texture, complexity in taste and fantastic finish. Depending on how you like wines, you may have 2-3 years of prime drinking, but in my world, it is a big risk to lose the soft tannins that this brings along with it.
