Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 87.5 points

  • candied black fruit, plum, black cherry, blackberry on the nose with slight hints of vanilla. A touch of cooked vegetable and a gravely earthiness. Palate shows similar fruit, with a touch of menthol, and a little austere. Medium body, medium tannin, medium acid. Fairly well balanced. A nice Cotes du Rhone, not overly fruit-forward and nice balance. Drinking now, starting to show some age.
