Pale, lemony green. Quite a neutral nose. Mineral and yeasty. Then some beeswax notes and nutty aromas. Crisp, bone dry and really flowing on the palate.

An interesting experience. Pungent mineral, lime and white flower with a touch of toast. New World style body -- very light with sharp mineral and ample acidity in finish. Nice effort and much better than many NZ Sauvignon Blanc.

A lovely wine. Very green feeling is a really good way. Pears, apples, grass and a little lanolin like a Torrontes. Great mouthfeel with a soft, plush and slightly oily feel that a good Semillon can provide, unlike a Torrontes. Really quite nice.

Aromas of lime, cream, and at touch of petrol. Still quite youthful on the palate with plenty of acidity. Quite restrained with subtle citrus notes on the palate, but with good depth (especially at 11%). Would love to see where this goes with more time as it should round out further and gain a honeyed richness.

The nose is very interesting & inviting, but slightly muted, with honey, petrol & lemon. Showing some age, but still vibrant it is light on entry with a fresh lemon-y zing. Brightly flavoured & easy to drink, this wine has a great acidic core that I think will let this age gracefully for at least another five years. Quite lovely, if a bit over-priced, with good potential for the future. Great picnic wine, versatile & not overstated. Was particularly nice with cured hams & salami.
