Purchased from Joel Peterson's October 2021 release. My first of these that I opened, after letting them rest a week. Opened cleanly with an ah-so, cork was soaked less than 1/4 of the way through. Double decanted approximately 2 hours.
Fabulous, perfectly aged bottle of California Cabernet. Cigar box, cinnamon, boysenberry, and a bell pepper note that I wish came through in more modern Cabernet. Still with some grippy tannins, but for my palate, this is ready now. I don't have a ton of experience with Cabs of this era, but I couldn't ask for a better introduction.

Lovely wine, surprising amount of tannins left.
