Enjoyed this mature wine with a nice roast chicken. Quite enticing secondary and tertiary notes waft from the glass along with hints of sous bois. Medium weight and quite silky palate with no discernible tannins and a nice long sweet finish. Drink up now but quite surprised how this wine showed.
