- Yellow color with medium forming legs and aromas of honey, fig and pineapple. It's balanced and has flavours of lemon and hazelnut with a medium/full body. Round texture with a medium finish.

A Dinner Framed by Frederic Emile (Foreign Cinema, San Francisco): Medium color. Some lemon and toast. Mid-weight, some creaminess. Dry, good acidity. Somewhat coarse but plenty to this. My experience with white Marsannay is, ahem, fairly limited (i.e., non-existent).

Crisp, moderate body, tart apple, vanilla caramel, minerals. Long finish, caramel apple with nuts. Very tasty.
