Another great showing. Very light color and, as before, billowing aromas of rhubarb and crushed rocks. Solid grip and big flavors with tremendous length, particularly for a wine I would consider a summer pop-and-pour. Its 100 degrees in NYC today and this is a neat alternative to chard or rose.

Light, translucent look, which put me off at first, was not an indication of the big yet controlled flavors and decent length that followed. The nose and palate were a mix of crushed black pepper, crushed rocks, and rhubarb all seemingly in the right proportions. Did not notice structure or tannins so this is probably a good spring or summer easy drinker, but with an intriguing dark side. Well made.

I've like quite a few others of Puzelat's wines and I like the uniqueness of doing a still Pinot Meunier, but in the end I'm not so sure I like this wine. Very light ruby in color, it showed baked cherry, black tea, toasted almond and a little bit of VA on the nose. Lighter bodied with light tannins with herbal-medicinal cherry, rose, and some grapefruit on the somewhat dilute palate. Decent length.
