  13,5%. Made with indigenous Susumaniello grape, yield 4-5 tonnes per hectare. Vinified without oak. 7-8,000 bottles made. Dark ruby colour. Intense nose of freshly squeezed red fruit and light spicy notes. Clean and modern. Palate is sapid, polished, modern, soft tannins, elevated acidity in the back palate, medium finish, . An interesting local alternative to Merlot thanks to its softness, sapidity and fruitiness. Tasted at the producer
