  Les sucres sont mangés, cela fait plus demi-sec ou sec tendre. Il s'est présenté beaucoup mieux que la dernière fois.
  Robe : Couleur cuivrée, scintillante
  Nez : sur la pomme cuite, le zeste d'orange, les fleurs blanches... C'est un de ses points forts, car on a envi de remettre son nez dans le verre.
  En bouche : Comme je l'ai dit, il fait plus dem-sec. Les sucres ont été mangés. On a une belle rondeur et le vin est bien soutenu par son acidité.

  Opened 1 day prior to serving into Zalto Universal glass (“Leaf” day): Medium orange to the eyes.
  
  What a nice spectrum of stone fruits of apricots, and yellow fruits. Very pure even after 1 day.
  
  Superb elegance on the palate.

  The 1995 Foreau Clos Naudin Vouvray is fully mature and should be consumed sooner than later. Can be treated as a dessert wine with 60g/L of sugar. Resolved sugar cane, yellow plums, honied tropical fruits and airy minerals on the palate. Straightfoward but very drinkable. 60g/L sugar? Alcohol more observable in 1995 than in 1996 / 1997. (84/100)

  Robe : tirant sur l'or, brillante
  Nez : la pomme et le coing domine, avec une pointe de cannelle.
  En bouche : c'est assez monolithique sur les arômes de coing avec une longueur en bouche qui est relativement courte. Les sucres ont été mangés, cela tire vers un vin sec/tendre.
  C'est bien, mais je m'attendais à mieux.
