Medium ruby with some bricking. Light to medium body. High Acidity. Overtly floral note of carbonic maceration. Note of green plantain and alpine strawberry. Definitely red fruit of cherry and strawberry. Throw in some boysenberry. A bit of Jolly Rancher sensation. Artificially sweet floral note throughout. Soft tannin. Some bitterness in midpalate. Very spicy finish. Pretty and easy-drinking.

Amazing quality and ageing potential for £8. Is will go on for a few years yet. Developing like a good village burgundy. Needed a few hours but mustn't be modern room temperature - needs a touch of chill or decant and leave in cellar for couple hours.

Popped and poured and drank with tapas and after dinner. Great showing. A tough shy on opening but with an hour of air this wine showed great depth and palate presence. This wine is more about mineral and crushed rock but has balancing fruit and a seamless palate. I'm sad I don't have more as these will continue to show well or improve for 10 years.

still good, rounder and less acidic than the prior bottles from the case I drank most of in 2012, but still enough freshness and acidity to be enjoyable. Drink 'em if you got 'em.

Delicious blue and dark red fruit. Juicy but with nice acidity and some finishing tannin.
