Popped and poured. This has evolved into a very beautiful pinot. Lovely floral nose with notes of black tea. The palate leads with ripe raspberry, earth, tea and a little spice. Medium to full bodied with nice acidity and good concentration this drinks well today but can easily last five to ten years more.

Without a doubt one of the best bottles of domestic pinot noir I have had in quite some time - hands down.
Excellent nose - floral, dragon fruit, licorice, spice, very aromatic from the cork pull.
Color was deep, rich, and brooding - not a sign of bricking yet fully mature.
Flavor palate was complex and multi-layered. Had notes of light raspberry and apricot, earth tones, cinnamon on one level and anchored in deep dark notes of plum, anise, berry down below.
Evolved and complex - improved over 2-3 hours.
Paired with copper river salmon from Summer 2021
So sorry that this was my last of 3 bottles

cherry earth and some depth which seemed to fade then rebound almost with each sip so seems past it's prime and will try and get to that last bottle soon
