  This 10+ year old pinot was quite nice, and had been the single oldest bottle in our D-G stock. Dan hasn't relied on Sanchietti fruit for some number of years, but perhaps will do so again sometime in the future.

  this is probably the best drinking '07 San so far ... peaking for fullness and elegance imho ... i will drink 'em up over next 6-12 months

  Drinking very well. Full of red fruit, smooth but with some tannin. Balanced, medium finish.

  Very good. Balanced with cherry, boysenberry and a little blueberry with eucalyptus on the deeper palate. Solid remaining tannins with a little oak and balanced acidity. The finish is a little short in fruit but long in acidity. A fine most suited to be served with food.
