- Ruby color. It's somewhat balanced with a medium body. Coarse texture - Double decant for over an hour. Still tight and a bit tannic. Improved with food. Drank with a mushroom risotto and pork tenderloin. Plum, strawberry. Hot, acidic finish. Was hoping for more depth and dimension. Might improve with time.

Dark fruits (plum) and some anise with a touch of root beer on the nose.
Rich and spicy, a touch of pine needles, and dark fruit.
Medium finish.
Excellent improvement over the last year. Nice pinot.
